At Emmo, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
